Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the procedures and terms related to the cancellation and refund of Astrology, Muhurta and Vastu services provided by Astrologer Ajeet Yadav ("Astrologer," "we," or "us"). By booking appointments and using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation by Client: Once a payment is made for astrology services, it is non-refundable. Clients may request to cancel an appointment, but no refunds will be issued.
2. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. However, rescheduling is subject to the availability of the astrologer. If the astrologer is unable to accommodate the rescheduled time, the client may forfeit the appointment without a refund.
3. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late for a scheduled appointment may receive a shortened session, as the astrologer may have subsequent appointments. No refunds will be provided for shortened sessions due to client tardiness.
Refund Policy:
1. Non-Delivery of Services: In the rare event that the astrologer is unable to provide the agreed-upon service, a full refund will be issued to the client.
2. Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the completion of the service, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a refund.
Information Sent:
1. Information Accuracy: The astrologer strives to provide accurate and insightful information. However, the interpretation of astrological insights is subjective, and no guarantees are made regarding the accuracy or outcome of the information provided.
2. Confidentiality: The information shared during the consultation is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own information.
